Onboarding Specialist

Position Title: Onboarding Specialist

Department: Fulfillment

Reports to: Director of Fulfillment

Position Location: Clinton, Missouri

Summary: Onboards new clients, maintains a relationship with client point of contacts and reviews performance reports with clients.

Essential Duties:
Reaches out to new clients, schedules a time for online shared-screen setup of client’s account.
Properly sets up clients’ business manager and other related ad management accounts on social channels.
Successfully sets up new clients’ business managers within three days of onboarding new client.
Builds a relationship with client’s point of contact, interacts with them at a minimum of monthly.
Makes tedious notes regarding the client and points-of-contact in the company CRM.
Regularly communicates and trains with fulfillment team and sales team to stay on-top of company changes and adjustments.
Reviews aggregated and individual client performance.
Makes website recommendations based on feedback.
Makes software recommendations to improve department's expenses and efficiency as well as productivity.
Researches industry benchmarks on client performance through various social platforms.
Represents the onboarding department to the executive team.
Provides input and analyzes and controls expenditures to conform with budgetary requirements.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Attends executive meetings as requested.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree (BA) from a four-year college or university: or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or six months experience as a sales producer or ad creator at 13Leads.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Abilty to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, properations, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, limited standardization exits.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Valid Driver’s License
Valid Passport (within 12 months of hire)
