Position Title: Sales Producer
Department: Sales
Reports to: Director of Sales
Position Location: Clinton, Missouri
Summary: Contacts cold, warm and hot prospects via phone to review 13Leads’ services and convert prospects to excited clients!
Essential Duties:
Enter detailed notes regarding prospects and clients in the CRM.
Conduct outbound calls to businesses who have submitted interest and/or lead forms from company advertising.
Conduct outbound calls cold calls to businesses who have not inquired about our services.
Conduct outbound calls to hot leads received from expos, conventions and/or referrals from the team.
Clearly explain 13Leads services to prospects using either the phone or virtually using shared screen technology.
Communicate an excited and strong “customer service” attitude and tone on the phone.
Answer prospect questions.
Makes website recommendations based on feedback.
Makes software recommendations to improve department's expenses and efficiency as well as productivity.
Hit performance benchmarks set by the Director of Sales.
Hit outbound call objectives set by the Director of Sales.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Attends sales meetings as requested.
Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED: or related customer service or phone experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Abilty to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and reposed to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, properations, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Valid Driver’s License
Valid Passport (within 12 months of hire)
